sell out!

Yes, I added Google Ads to the blog. They crack me up, sometimes offering up the most outrageous things only tenuously connected to the content of the page they appear on. They're here as a test-run, I want to see how they behave before I put them on my 'professional' (heh) sites.

I've made a few dollars here and there from my affiliate accounts, and it all goes towards defraying my hosting costs -- which, btw, have never been completely covered by any site-generated revenue. But every little bit helps.

It's also very annoying when you use a popup blocker because there is this huge blank spot on your page.

I might also point out that the anti-spam measure is sometimes very difficult to read.

Joan, I've been so busy I haven't been able to comment over the past few days. I'm confused (sounds like you are too) about your test results. I'm hoping you get better answers and you get a hold of someone regarding that surgeon and why you were referred. It's true. When I had my breast cancer, the only reason I went to the surgeon was when it was clear I needed surgery.

I love that line, "Cancer can kiss my butt." That was perfect. :D
