November's column
The column I wrote en route to Houston has been published in November's Low Carb Luxury Online Magazine, Creating Our Own Traditions. It features a recipe for a killer Cranberry Cheesecake Tart that I shamelessly cribbed from last year's Thanksgiving issue of Gourmet magazine.

Hi Joan,
I, too, am a thyroid cancer survivor. In February, I had thoracic surgery because they suspected my cancer had spread. Fortunately, they were wrong. I had high hopes they were doing your surgery for nothing. You are in my prayers and I hope this was your last surgery.
I assume that by "killer" you mean yummy in the tummy rather than death by poisoning, right?
